When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders are scheduled to ship on or around the release date listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer various shipping options including USPS Media Mail, Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail for domestic orders, as well as several international carrier options for global delivery.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that minor cosmetic wear to the outer sleeve is not always considered a defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT taxes imposed by their local government upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make further modifications.
